Jim Gilchrist, B.E.S.
President & CEO
Over 35 years of practical business experience, providing effective and innovative solutions that help clients enhance people performance at the individual, team, managerial, leadership, and organizational levels. Continually developing his understanding of the non-technical components of performance, Jim has achieved a level of expertise in assessing and developing people's performance-related non-technical skills and leadership and managerial capabilities, with a specific focus on cognitive capability.
Jim is also a part-time professor at Sheridan College, teaching courses in career development, management and leadership development, team dynamics and employee engagement, strategic human resource planning, organizational behaviour, creativity and innovation, and recruitment and selection.
